relaxing day
finally started stdyg! was stdyg during the past weekend! not alot tho but its at least a start! so tdy i took a break.
went for dim sum buffet w the 54 guys at river city restaurant which is at excelsior hotel. the 54 gang is made up of a bunch of super kok ppl.. hahaa.. its always enjoyable to do anyt w them cos they all v kok n farny. took mrt to city hall fr boon lay. there is this guy called leon(dunno if i spelt it correctly) in the grp.. haahaha i juz totally cannot stand him cos he is forever tokg n i'm not kiddin. he never stops unles he's slpg. n the thing is tt he speaks w this farny accent and he always wrong frequency. he always carries this super big bag arnd n inside always will hve things tt will amaze u.. hahaha like 小叮噹 lidat.. but he's a harmless guy la.
so tdy we got onto the train n sat down. den out fr the 小叮噹 bag was a walkman.. wa! i tink i more than 10 yrs nv see walkman before le lo! n his walkman inside still got cassette one wor! hahaha den he started listening to it. tink his music muz be damn loud cos he opened his mouth to speak n he was like practically shouting la.. waliao the stranger guy beside him got scared n move one seat away.. WHAHAAHAH so edwin hu was beside him yanked off his earphones n all of us juz 'SHHH'ed him.. haahaa aft tt all of us pretend we dunno him... so paiseh lo! haahah den aft tt he took out (again fr his 小叮噹 bag) a camera. hahah his camera is the not digital type.. its the type still using film one.. but not the v pro type.. the type last time every family will hve arnd 10 yrs ago tt type.. press the button le still got 'chik-ka.......whiirrrl...' sound tt type.. wa! juz amazing lo!
aft we reached cityhall, we started walkin towards the place. den edwin jokingly said," eh where is leon ar?" when leon was right in front of him.. (hhahahah anw aft tt i realise they always forget him one.. everybody go toilet den aft tt will walk off w/o him.. go into shops oso will leave the shop forgettin him.. hahaahaa dun tink its intentional tho.. dunno y lidat oso) den we walk walk walk.. den suddenly edwin ask again," eh where is leon ar?!?" den we all turn arnd n look at him.. den he said,"eh this time i'm serious! he's not here!" hahaah den we look arnd den realise he really not there.. but somehow we juz walked on to teh place.. hhahahaha when we reached the dimsum place, we walked in to see leon already there sitting comfortably at the table.. hahhahah kok lo!
hm the meal tdy was not v satisfyin..
firstly the food took super long to come.. n always come abit abit.. den we had 11 ppl there, somemore most q big eaters.. once sth come, within 60 seconds the 笼s and the plates will become empty.. 'gone in 60 seconds' leh..
secondly the service there sux!! the manager like see us students den like dun really value us as customers lidat.. at first one of us asked her wats the soup of the day, den she juz said '等一下' and juz walked off even before she finished sayin tt.. n she din come back to tell us oso lo.. den they told us tt they ran out of the food tt we ordered.. ok la not their fault but den aft tt they served us leftovers lo.. dunno if its really leftovers la.. but den on a small plate there were 4 springrolls, 2 cuttlefishballs and afew bits n pieces of some fried stuff.. where got restaurant serve food serve lidat one! so my fren asked the the woman hu said 等一下juz now how come they serve us leftovers and asked if we can order more since our last order they no more stock.. den the woman nv even bother abt him n juz walked away. my fren damn pissed off so he said he wanted to see the manager. hu happened to be tt woman... hm so she's manager somemore leh.. so rude! den my fren juz started to make a fuss abt how they nv value us as customers n serve us leftovers n they juz dumb all on one plate.. den this other guy joined in.. but den i tink he din really know wat the fuss was really abt.. so he said to tt woman,"你们不够盘啊? 为什么全部放在一个盘??"... -_-... hhaha i hear le i wanted to laff lo.. but anw tt was q a lousy incident la.. aft tt the mood at the table became abit off.. but aft awhile everyt went back to normal.
den we tot everyt ok le.. den we realised instead of the normal 10.80+++, it was 13.80+++ cos tdy was eve of public holiday! argh! so in the end we had to play more (total arnd 18 lidat) to get not enough food, leftovers and lousy service.. so ya.. it was not a v nice meal.
hm aft tt we walked arnd peninsula plaza awhile den me n weitao went to raffles hotel to meet the hall production ppl to check out the production venue this time. Yes, i'm in production again so all u ppl muz come support ar! whahahah. this yr its at jubilee hall. not the one at AMK hor... its in Raffles Hotel. its in feb next yr. so come come! ok la i like the theatre. its nice but super expensive!! anw aft tt went raffles city w them walk walk abit den made our way back to hall.
was on the mrt w tao, jiahong, jiefeng n weichen.. the train was q crowded when we got on so we had to stand. tao was holdin the hand grap thingy in the mrt which is overhead, each hand holding onto one. den jiahong was leanin against the vertical bar in the mrt for ppl to hold one.. den
jh: eh 我最讨厌那些每次grab 两个grip的人leh.. 只有一只手lei.. (i tink he meant tt only need one hand to hold)
tao: waliao.. 我最讨厌那些lean on the bar 的人lo.. selfish!
