peaceful life.
life is so peaceful now.. so much tt it's boring.. B-O-R-I-N-G.. you might tink tt i get some kick out of laughing at ppl hu are having exams now while i'm relaxing away here.. but you guys are wrong! cos with everyone having exams, hu come n accompany me?!?
haaha kok. anw i forgot wat i wanted to blog abt le. so... i shall juz post up some random photos. haha
went IKEA w kiatz. realised they hve this damn cool programme tt allows u to input ur room dimensions n put in virtual furniture to design the rm. cool!

anw, we saw 2 wooden men amongst some photo frames n we were damn boliao... n yes.. we came up w these...
juz cool lo... hahah tho the ball abit oversized. we were so engrossed trying to fix them properly tt we din realise we were obstructing ppl fr gettin their stuff.. hahaah
went esplanade w my mum. saw these damn cool art work. the pictures are done using 1 single line, curving n turning without cutting through itself. they use different thickness and intensity of the lines to come up w diff shades n shadows. n this is my favourite..
hm tink the picture is supposed to be the other side up. but since it was in this orientation on display, i shall show it as it is. its actually a depiction of a weightless world. i really like the detail of the water flowing in and over the glass. n the water is actually from a bottle which a guy is holding onto n filling the lady's glass with. i also find the fallen shoe on the top rite of the pic q interesting..
I was queueing to get my concession pass when i saw this guy in front of me with this shirt. somehowi juz tot it was q farny.. haha
my new favourite pasta is the angel hair. its fast n easy to cook, n its nice to eat. yums..

Friday the 13th.
Feel so sad tdy! cos its my supe's last day of work. =(
sometimes i juz wish i was a kid again, when i can juz express all of my emotions, thoughts and feelings without giving a damn abt the rest of the world. guess growing up and all the past experiences hve taught us to control whatever we show on our faces, watever is blurted out from our mouths and watever we present in our actions. we'd tink of the consequences of expressing all these things before 'executing' them. n many times, we decide to juz keep it within us n juz let it pass.
guess this is gd when we're dealing with frustrating situations, where flaring up or expressing ur anger n irritation wont improve the situation, n may even require damage control. but its definitely a hinderance when it comes to expressing appreciation, admiration and things like tt. haiz guess its always easy to say we muz learn when we shld express wat we feel n when not to. But when the actual situation arises, its nv so easy. haha
i had wanted to tell him wat a great supe n boss he was but it nv did get out. Not like it makes a difference to him.. but it has been buggin me cos it'l be one of those 'i-shld-hve-done-it' kinda thing tt leaves me w regret. Haven had this feeling in a long time. damn. hmm maybe its friday the 13th.. tt's why.. haha ok. out of pt.
anw i went jp had dinner w some of the 54 guys. tok a ride fr larree on his bike. shiokz man! hahaa n as we were eating, weitao suddely told me abt his dream. he said he had a nightmare the night he lost alot of money to toh peng in mahjong. he dreamt tt he was playin mahjong with Hello Kitty, Keropee (the frog...), and a prawn.. WTH!! hahaa Hello Kitty and Keropee?!? WHAHAHAA.. n he dreamt tt the tiles they were playin were all weird weird ones. he got a tile w a crab on it n he asked them if it was a 'hua'. den suddenly all of them juz opened their tiles n say 'Hu!' WHAHAHA. super farny. he juz kok lo!

The Refinery
went down to the refinery at 5pm juz now. Its the first time i've been to the refinery at night. Never thought tt the refinery could be so demoralising and depressing at night.
when we were walking inside, the sun was setting n the place got darker. suddenly the refinery seems to double in size. Everywhere u turn, all u see are pumps, motors, exchangers, towers, pipes n more pipes. and all of them are damn large scale. most of them are taller n bigger than me. n they seem to be engulfing me in this enormous place la. with my ear plugs on, all i could hear all arnd was the humming of the equipment.
n as i watched this engineer walkin away alone into the refinery, this sudden wave of sadness n lonliness juz hits me. n for the first time in my life, the tot of suicide actually flashed across in my mind. for tt split second. wow. i actually had the urge to climb up one of the towers den jump down fr there. hahaha even i got a shock at wat i was tinkg aft tt. hhahaha. now i understand y ppl actually commit suicide..
but it was an interesting experience la. i'm looking forward to goin into the refinery again. even at night. hahhaha
was supposed to meet xinli at 7pm at bugis. hahaha in the end i ended work at 7pm.. so my colleague decided to give us a lift to outram. n juz so suay tt AYE had massive jam cos got accident. so in the end still reach at 8 plus. whahahaha paiseh ar xinli!
we went 'Eatz19' to eat. SUPER NICE!! haaha i'm full of praises for tt place. next time we can all go. anyone hu wanna try can jio me oso. hahahaah yums!

the Sun and the Moon
ystd was a great day! =)
had only half day of work in the morning cos had a 'final year talk' in NTU in the aftnoon so all of us were given half day off. had lunch w my colleagues at jp before heading back to hall.
aft tt , met up w some of the MAE gang to go sch tgt. stepping into the sch again aft such a long break brought along some mixed feelings. feels gd to be a student again.. but looking arnd at all the ppl muggin like shit, it made me tink again. haha. but it definitely felt damn gd to 'reunite' for a 'lecture' w the MAE gang. Has been q a long time since everyone was present for a lecture.. hahah.. oh! n i saw my eye candy in sch too. MUAHAHA.
aft tt went out for dinner w kiatz. went ichiban boshi. nice! hahah but i tink diff branches, quality different leh. even the menu oso different. hm but somehow i feel that azabu sabo nicer lei. haah nvm. next time we all go try den u all can tell me which nicer! hahah.
had soya bean ice cream aft dinner. hahah oso v nice! from mr bean i tink. haha. oh! tokg abt mr bean, i went to watch the mr bean movie w my mum on sat night. hahaah went to watch midnight movie. tink the storyline a bit boring. only some parts farny la. dun tink its worth $9.50.
anw back to my happy day.. hahah. n the highlight of the day was......
BEN&JERRY'S!! =)
Went to The Sun with joy to eat BnJs. it was so spontaneous. she juz msged me at 835pm n at 9, we were already at the tables outside The sun enjoying our delicious ice cream! YUMS! n we finished the whole big tub! we were looking at the 'specs sheet' on the tub n it says total fat=13g.. hm.. if 1g of fats=1mm of fats den we're so screwed.. hahahaa
anw we juz sat n toked abt anyt under the sun! (no pun intended... ) toked abt frens, abt vball, abt family n relatives, abt evrything n anything. n it was full moon tt night, so it was damn nice n the atmosphere was juz damn gd. we toked n laffed for 4 hrs before we realised tt the moon had already shifted fr one end to the other. hahaa n so we decided to go back. was a really gd session and i enjoyed myself tremendously. haven laughed like tt in ages. haaahaha
hm aft tt i was on a sugar high for a few hrs. hahaah no prize for guessing the cause. SLuRPs! =)
